Consumer dispute resolution

We are not willing or obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law (§ 7(1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor information that others transmit or store, or to look for circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
